About Us

The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our staff team while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You will work closely with the service manager, taking on key responsibilities, including:

  • Organizing and supporting the staff team. πŸ‘₯
  • Inducting and mentoring new team members. πŸ§‘β€πŸ€β€πŸ§‘
  • Overseeing keyworker responsibilities and staff supervision. πŸ“‹
  • Ordering and managing medications. πŸ’Š
  • Supporting individuals to manage their finances and achieve greater independence in their daily lives. πŸ’ͺπŸ’°

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide hands-on support to the people we serve, ensuring you stay connected to the core purpose of your work: making a real difference in their lives. 🌟
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker. πŸ†
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). πŸŽ“
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours. 🧠❀️
  • A values-driven approach, with a passion for empowering others and fostering independence. 🌱
